You will be asked to provide your Serial Number for all service calls. Refer to your user manual to locate the Serial Number on the unit.
We strongly recommend consulting or hiring a certified technician to conduct any repair or maintenance operation to ensure efficacy, safety, proper handling, and compliance with FDA and manufacturer guidelines. The repair or maintenance technician will be responsible for the service call.
